Items will be shipped, depending on size, via Fed Ex or Freight. If shipping Fed Ex, there will be a 3-5 day handling time and most items will be received 2-5 business days afterwards. Freight deliveries will have a handling time of 3-7 business days and transit time can vary depending on the size and destination (2-21 days). Please inspect all items prior to the Freight Company leaving and note any damage on the Delivery receipt. For Fed Ex please keep original packaging of damaged items. Merchandise purchased from moderndesignmarket.com are final sales. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 2 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 2 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Any damaged not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery will not be honored.
